At RAD ELSTER, he is at your side with know-how, sensitivity and an honest opinion – from the first conversation to the last fine adjustment.
Katrin is also an enthusiastic cyclist and keeps the entire back office running. She makes sure that processes are right and that you feel you are in good hands with us. Katrin and André are partners and run RAD ELSTER together.
Mario is in charge of our service station. He adjusts the bikes so that everything runs smoothly. If you have any technical questions, he is your first point of contact.

Rent a bike
In our bike rental in Bad Elster you get modern e-bikes from our current range. You ride strong brands, not no-name models.
The bikes are technically up-to-date and feel like new. Often they even are. You will find e-mountain bikes, e-trekking and e-city bikes with us.
We don’t have any starting prices. You pay a clear total price without additional costs. Insurance, helmet and lock are always included. You pick up your e-bike and can start riding straight away. On request, we also offer bicycle carriers for the car, child seats or a bicycle trailer.
You tell us how you want to travel. We’ll give you an e-bike that suits your style. You also get concrete tour tips around Bad Elster. Whether a short round, a longer distance or a route with altitude differences. We’ll show you routes that are easy to ride and fun.
This is how you start with a suitable e-bike and a clear price without surprises.
If you like the bike so much after your tour that you want to keep it, we will credit you the rental costs. You pay the purchase price minus the rent.
